How it works
Market prices are collected every hour from their public sources.
Every day closes with the last record before 11:25 p.m. La Paz time, just before the BCB publishes the official rate.
The models from my research are re-estimated every day with all the data; the page is published at 00:05 La Paz time with the official rate in force, and the USDT/BOB price is updated every hour.
